3. Disclaimer
The materials on Hennapreneur's website are provided 'as is'. Hennapreneur makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Hennapreneur does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
4. Student's Conduct
The Student agrees to conduct him/herself in a dignified and professional manner and shall not engage in any activity that is detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of other course participants and enrollees. Student agrees to fulfill the financial obligation selected at the time of enrollment in full. Students engaged in programs with ongoing subscriptions who wish to discontinue their program participation must provide 30 days notice of program discontinuation.
Student acknowledges and agrees that Hennapreneur reserves the right to remove the Student from any and all course content, without reimbursement, if Hennapreneur, in its sole discretion, determines that the Student's behavior creates a disruption or hinders the course delivery or the enjoyment of the courses by other participants.
Course content may only be accessed by the Student - the individual who is the customer on record with Hennapreneur. The course content, including any usernames, passwords, discount codes, content, materials, other resources may only be used by the Student as permitted herein and may not be sold or distributed without Hennapreneur’s express written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the course, the course content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the course are owned by Hennapreneur or the Hennapreneur partners presenting during the delivery of the course. Student will not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce such content or materials displayed, distributed or provided in connection with the course for any reason without the prior written permission of Hennapreneur. Participants will not use any of the course content or materials to teach any third party, or otherwise disclose or discuss information revealed in any portion of the course for any purpose other than exercising rights expressly granted to the Student by this Agreement. Hennapreneur reserves the right to revoke Student's access to any and all intellectual property, including but not limited to all course content, without refund or reimbursement at its sole discretion if a breech of this clause is perceived.
6. Limitations
In no event shall Hennapreneur be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Hennapreneur's website, even if Hennapreneur or an authorized representative of Hennapreneur has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
7. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Hennapreneur's website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Hennapreneur does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Hennapreneur may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Hennapreneur does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

12. Payment Plans & Collections
The Student understands that payment plans are contractual, and agrees to complete any and all installments associated with the selected payment plan at the time of purchase. Failure to complete these payment arrangements per the contractual obligation may result in late fees, not to exceed 15% of the payment amount. The Student agrees to maintain an active payment method on file for the duration of the term of their payment plan. Hennapreneur reserves the right to collect overdue payments using the payment method on file at its discretion until all fees are collected in full. Hennapreneur reserves the right to discharge past due and/or uncollectible student debts to a collection agency in the event of nonpayment.
